John J. White has joined the Broadway as vice president-profit development and Terry Tally joined the retailer as vice president-financial administration. White formerly was vice president-profit development at Joske’s of Texas, a division of Allied Stores, and was vice president and controller for the company’s San Antonio, Tex., division. Tally formerly was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Gimbels in Pittsburgh and divisional vice president and controller for the company in Milwaukee. Broadway is a unit of Los Angeles-based Carter Hawley Hale Stores Inc.
