Arline Chambers, long-time Southern California arts administrator, has been named executive director of the Dance Gallery. Scheduled to open in 1989, the Dance Gallery will be built next to the Museum of Contemporary Art in down Los Angeles’ California Plaza. Chambers was recently involved with the Ahmanson Theater and the Orange County Performing Arts Center.
