Freeways and Guns
With all the problems of identifying violent drivers on our streets and freeways, I wonder why so many vehicles do not display a front license plate.
Section 5200 of the California Vehicle Code requires both front and rear plates to be attached to the vehicle for which they were issued.
The CHP should give the violators 30 days to comply with this requirement, and then strictly enforce the law.
