Falcon Cable Systems Co., a limited partnership, has announced the appointment of Stanley S. Itskowitch as senior vice president and general counsel, a new position.
He also is a director of Falcon Holding Group Inc., the general partner. Itskowitch, 48, was president and chief executive officer of Fallek Chemical Group, an international chemical trading and marketing group.
Falcon owns, operates and develops “classic” cable television systems for more than 500,000 subscribers in 280 communities that do not receive clear broadcast reception from a wide variety of stations.
