Ocean Pacific Sunwear has sued a San Diego surfwear manufacturer, alleging trademark infringement and counterfeiting.

Tustin-based OP contends that Shorebreak infringed on its popular Jimmy’z label by making clothing with bogus labels.

The lawsuit, filed late last month in San Diego Superior Court, also named two distributors, S&S; Marketing and Quality King.
