Trail Blazers Down Nets

Jerome Kersey had 29 points and 10 rebounds and Clyde Drexler added 12 of his 27 in the third quarter as the Portland Trail Blazers defeated the New Jersey Nets, 117-106, Sunday at Portland.
Mike McGee led the Nets with 33 points, and Walter Berry added 15. Steve Johnson scored 16 for Portland.
