Pay-Per Stones: The Rolling Stones are expected to be rolling in record-breaking receipts with a live pay-per-view concert telecast by Showtime on Dec. 19. The Stones will be joined by Eric Clapton and Guns N’ Roses’ Axl Rose and Izzy Stradlin when their “Steel Wheels” North American tour stops off at the Atlantic City Convention Center. The three-hour show begins at 5 p.m. PST and carries a price tag of $24.95.
