Sammy Davis Hospitalized Again: Fans showered Sammy Davis Jr. with cards and letters Monday as the entertainer battled a recurrence of throat cancer. Davis, 64, who was diagnosed with throat cancer in September, is being treated at L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. His condition was not revealed.
