CIMCO Inc.: The Costa Mesa manufacturer of high-precision thermoplastic products posted a 7% decline in net income for the third quarter of fiscal 1990, despite record sales. Net income for the quarter ended Jan. 31 dropped to $703,212, from $755,188 for the like period a year ago. Sales reached $14.8 million, up 6% from the $14 million in the third quarter of fiscal 1989.

For the first nine months of fiscal 1990, net income totaled $960,019, contrasted with net income of $2.4 million for the period in 1989. Sales declined to $40.6 million from $41.1 million.
