Charles W. Reynolds is resigning as president of the Los Angeles-based Lord, Dentsu & Partners advertising agency--formerly known as HDM. Reynolds, 40, will not be replaced. The agency has formed a three-person executive committee led by Lee Kovel, chairman and creative director of the Los Angeles office.
