Glendora : Pact for Mid-Level City Staff
The City Council on Tuesday approved a three-year contract with the city’s mid-level staff members.
The pact provides annual raises of 3.75% for mid-level managers, department secretaries, administrative assistants, associate planners and others.
It also makes Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday a paid holiday for the mid-level employees. Now all city workers except police have the day off. In addition, the contract grants an extra day off each year to employees who have worked for the city for more than 10 years.
