The Prince and the Duke: A British duke has stymied the rock star Prince. The Duke of Marlborough granted permission for Prince to hold a concert next week on the grounds of his country home, Blenheim Palace, but then withdrew permission. About 75,000 people had been expected at the estate near London. Concert promoters said the duke changed his mind because of a dispute over guaranteed cash. Prince said that he would schedule another concert.
