Vintage Radio: And locally, veteran radio broadcaster Chuck Cecil will commemorate the 50th anniversary of Pearl Harbor by devoting his “Swinging Years” radio show Saturday to music of the war years. The program, airing noon to 4 p.m. on KPCC-FM (89.3), will include a countdown of the top 10 records of that day in December, 1941.
