BASEBALL ROUNDUP : Moffatt Keys Ventura’s Win Over Glendale
Andy Moffatt scattered six singles and struck out 11 to lead Ventura College to a 3-2 Western State Conference baseball victory over visiting Glendale on Saturday.
Kwinn Knight went three for five and scored a run for Ventura (16-6, 9-2 in conference play).

Moorpark 8, Santa Barbara 2--Jason Mitchell scattered seven hits as Moorpark (11-10, 5-6) won a WSC game at home.
Canyons 3, Oxnard 1--Damon Paikos (1-3) allowed just five singles in a WSC victory at Oxnard. Danny Gray went two for four for the Cougars (11-12, 8-4).
CS Dominguez Hills 8-8, The Master’s 2-0--The Master’s (9-16) managed just six hits in each game, losing a nonconference doubleheader at Dominguez Hills.
HIGH SCHOOLS
Notre Dame 3, Bishop Montgomery 2 (10 innings)--Anthony Milanes walked Cesar Hernandez with the bases loaded, forcing in Ryan Vos with the game-winning run in the 10th inning of a Mission League game at Notre Dame.
