PRO FOOTBALL : DAILY REPORT : AROUND THE NFL : Harris to Play After Surgery
San Francisco 49er linebacker Tim Harris underwent surgery to repair a ligament in his right thumb but is expected to play Sunday against the New Orleans Saints.
Harris, who has five sacks, said he injured the finger in the first quarter of Sunday’s victory over the Jets.
