Harbor Parking Gates Spark Boycott
* I recently read the terrible news on the economic downfall that the Dana Point Harbor stores and restaurants have been experiencing since they installed the parking gates. I love it! I have lived in that area for over 20 years and was furious when they installed the gates.
I decided I would not buy a thing from any of the stores or restaurants that are within the harbor area. It would be my own personal boycott, but after reading the article, it seems a lot of people have the same idea. I still go to the harbor but park somewhere else. Again, I will not buy anything.
I would suggest the merchants get together real quickly and correct this situation before (they) have a lot of going-out-of-business sales.
