Regarding “Covered Bridges,” (May 29): Eureka has one and it’s a charmer over “creekish” Elk River. Find it yourself--you’ll enjoy the exploration and find a touch of yesterday in Old Town with its used bookstores, Victorian homes, bed and breakfasts and oyster stew at Lazio’s.
