OUTLOOK
If nothing else, Garden Grove will be the league’s tallest team. Whether the Argonauts will be the best team is open to debate. After suffering through a miserable 1993-94 season, Garden Grove should be able to create matchup problems for everybody. It has five players over 6-foot-4 and he has one of the league’s better players in Campuzano, who averaged 16 points and eight rebounds. Campuzano is a good shooter, and he’s quickly becoming a great scorer. “He’s taken charge now,” Van Cleave said. “He’s the man out there. He certainly proved to people he can score this summer. He’s got the college coaches looking at him.” Sanders starts at small forward. “He has great jumping ability and body strength that’s unreal,” Van Cleave said. Alvarez will start at center and Ortiz backs him up. Williams starts at shooting guard. “I think, in time, he will be a Division I player.”
