A draft of the $3.5-million Serrano Creek Collaborative Use plan is available for public review. The plan is designed to implement flood and erosion control improvements in Serrano Creek between Bake Parkway and Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park. The plan also includes improvements for trails and landscaping. An informational meeting on the plan will be held Dec. 3 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council chambers. The Planning Commission will begin its review of the plan in February. Information: (949) 461-3400.
