Minor Earthquake Hits 4 Virginia Counties

WASHINGTON —
A minor earthquake of magnitude 3.3 rattled four counties in central Virginia early Wednesday but no damage was reported, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
A spokeswoman for the survey’s office in Reston, Va., said the quake occurred near Farmville, 55 miles west-southwest of Richmond.
