Camarillo 29, Thousand Oaks 27--Garrett Valencia completed 17 of 30 passes for 263 yards and two touchdowns and ran for another score to lead Camarillo at Thousand Oaks.

Steve Dacre caught eight passes for 118 yards for Camarillo (1-2). Teammate Gary Bryce scored on receptions of 10 and 11 yards and had four catches for 50 yards.

Wes Cobos had 17 carries for 114 yards and scored twice for Thousand Oaks (0-3), and Joey Casillas had 91 yards in 13 carries, scoring twice in the fourth quarter.

Thousand Oaks rushed for 208 yards in the first half but was limited to 27 in the second half.
