Mask-Making, Skull-Decorating and More at Day of Dead Fests
The Dia de los Muertos Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 30 and 31 at the Bowers Kidseum, 1802 N. Main St., Santa Ana.
There will be skeleton mask-making and sugar-skull decorating classes, and Aztec dancers will perform. Admission to the Kidseum, which includes a same-day pass to the nearby Bowers Museum of Cultural Art, is $8 for adults and $4 for children. Children under 5 are free. (714) 480-1520.
Day of the Dead sugar skulls will be sold at the Day of the Dead Festival from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Bowers Museum of Cultural Art, 2002 N. Main St., Santa Ana. (714) 567-3695.
