La Palma Park will host a Cinco de Mayo festival Thursday through Sunday featuring a carnival, food and entertainment. The carnival will run from 5 to 11 p.m. Thursday and Friday, from 10 a.m. to midnight on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday. Coronation of the Cinco de Mayo queen will take place at 3 p.m. Saturday and a bilingual Catholic mass is scheduled at 9 a.m. on Sunday. The park is at Harbor Boulevard and La Palma Avenue.
