* The Bard--The Kingsmen Shakespeare Company will stage “Romeo and Juliet” at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza’s Scherr Forum beginning Feb. 2. * Funny Men--Jeff Foxworthy, the hardest-working “redneck” comedian in show business, will headline the “Blue Collar Comedy Tour” Feb. 3 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza Kavli Theatre. The show will also feature Bill Engvall. Show time: 9 p.m. $30-$50. 449-2787.

* Classical--Moorpark College will present a faculty artists recital on Feb. 3 at the campus’ Performing Arts Center. The concert for two pianos will feature Stravinsky’s ballet “Petrushka,” with dance faculty performing. Pianists: Joan Thompson and Dolly Kessner.
