I DIDN’T KNOW THAT

Question: Do any of the products advertised on the Internet for removing cellulite work?
Answer: Absolutely not, according to Quackwatch (www.quackwatch.com).
Cellulite is a made-up word to describe deposits of dimpled fat found on the thighs and buttocks.
Although this fat may be interspersed with strands of fibrous tissue, it is really no different from fat anywhere else in the body. No drugs or herbal products taken by mouth or applied to the skin will reduce fat anywhere else in the body, so there is no reason to think that they will specifically attack cellulite. The only way to get rid of cellulite, as with fat elsewhere, is by diet and exercise.
