Noelle Quinn, Torrance Bishop Montgomery: Had 15 kills and four blocks for the No. 8 Knights in a 15-9, 15-11, 15-5 loss to nation’s top-ranked team, San Jose Archbishop Mitty, at Santa Barbara Tournament of Champions.
Kristin McClune, Newport Harbor: Had 22 kills and three aces in a 10-15, 15-6, 15-11, 15-4 victory over Bakersfield at Santa Barbara. The No. 7 Sailors lost to Fresno Buchanan in second round.
