Actor/promoter Michael Sutton is hosting some off-the-chain events. Along with his Tuesday night Hyatt bash, “The Roof,” which takes place on the hotel’s rooftop deck after guests dine at Chi, Sutton is hosting a new Saturday at Belly in WeHo. It’s tres rock ‘n’ roll chic....

Drag queen Jackie Beat continues her Christmas tradition of slaying the holidays with dirty ditties. Beat performs her jolly holiday special at Fubar in WeHo on Dec. 7 and 8.... Those who can’t get enough of DJ AM’s funky stuff at the Avalon on Fridays include Britney Spears, Queen Latifah and P. Diddy, each of whom rocked on the dance floor on a recent Friday.... Key Club creative director Joseph Brooks is teaming up with the ladies of Lucha VaVoom to host a new monthly burlesque club titled “Bollywood Follies,” which makes its debut Jan. 17. And while we’re on the subject of the Key Club, the Black Eyed Peas show is Dec. 19.... Famed Hollywood DJ/photographer/scenemaker Apollo Starr just debuted his new boutique/art gallery. Featuring the work of underground L.A. designers and artists, Le Chic Boutique and Ultrastar Studio are both at 6432 Santa Monica Blvd. and will be open Thursdays through Sundays, noon to 6 p.m. But, Starr warns us, hours may vary depending on hangovers, so call in advance at (323) 461-STAR....
