Beau Brummel Sa to Try Winners
Beau Brummel Sa, an impressive maiden winner July 31, will try winners for the first time in tonight’s ninth, an $11,150 allowance at 350 yards.
Owned by Gianni Franco Samaja and trained by Jaime Gomez, Beau Brummel Sa, a 2-year-old son of First Down Dash, was beaten in his first two races but won last month by 1 1/2 lengths.
The 2-1 favorite on Ed Burgart’s morning line, Beau Brummel Sa will be ridden by Rodrigo Aceves and he’ll be challenged by A Mere Moment, Kathys Dasher, Corona Aztec, Royaltys Prince, Splashinator, Corona Magnifico and Knuds Special Tac.
