Chicago Stops a Wild Streak

CHICAGO —
Rookie Mikael Holmqvist scored a tiebreaking goal midway through the third period to lift the Chicago Blackhawks over the Minnesota Wild, 4-2, on Sunday night.
Holmqvist put a rebound past Minnesota goalie Dwayne Roloson for his first goal of the season as the Blackhawks ended Minnesota’s three-game winning streak. Marian Gaborik scored both Minnesota goals.
