#WhenGmailWasDown: Twitter users quickly start cracking Google jokes

It may have lasted only a few minutes, but Twitter users rapidly fired off Google-themed jokes Friday morning after Gmail stopped working for many around the globe.

Not long after the outage happened, a brand new hashtag was born, called “#whengmailwasdown.”
