Adam Brody and Leighton Meester see action on Hollywood Hills West condo

Married actors Adam Brody and Leighton Meester have nearly called it a wrap in the Hollywood Hills, where a condominium they own in a trust is currently pending sale. The asking price is $739,000.

The top-floor residence is in a 1960s building and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms in more than 1,400 square feet of living space. Common areas include a living room with a wet bar, a dining room and an eat-at kitchen.

Sliding glass doors in the living room lead to an enclosed sunroom. Views from the space take in the surrounding hills and tree-tops.

A pair of side-by-side parking spaces are included with the unit. Building amenities include access to a rooftop deck and swimming pool.

Brody bought the unit nearly two decades ago with fellow actor and Big Japan bandmate Bret Harrison, records show. It is unclear whether Harrison still has an ownership stake in the property.

Jeff Yarbrough of Keller Williams Realty holds the listing, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

Brody, 39, gained fame in the 2000s with appearances on the shows “Gilmore Girls” and “The O.C.” More recently, he had a role in last year’s horror flick “Isabelle” and “CHIPS,” a 2017 film based on the 1970s and ’80s television series of the same name.

Meester, 39, is know for her role as Blair Waldorf on the series “Gossip Girl.” She currently stars on the sitcom “Single Parents.”
