Ashton Kutcher is looking for a buyer in Hollywood Hills
Ashton Kutcher has put the word out that he is interested in finding a buyer for his Hollywood Hills home, quietly shopping it at $12 million.
The modern-style three-story, built in 2007, has views of the Hollywood Reservoir and the Hollywood sign. There are five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and nearly 9,385 square feet of living space. Features include a gym, a sauna, a wine cellar, an elevator and a living room fireplace.
The more than half-an-acre site has a swimming pool and spa.
That he is looking for a buyer two years after buying the property for $8.455 million could be related to changes in his life. He is engaged to mother-to-be Mila Kunis.
Kutcher, 36, has starred on the sitcom “Two and a Half Men” since 2011 when he replaced Charlie Sheen. Kutcher and Kunis, 30, were both on “That ’70s Show,” which ran from 1998 to 2006.
Last year he starred as Steve Jobs in the film “Jobs.”
