It’s in with the new and out with a bang for Johnny Galecki.

“The Big Bang Theory” star bought the Los Angeles estate of action film star Jason Statham and model Rosie Alice Huntington-Whiteley last year. Now he’s put his old house in Hollywood Hills West on the market for $1.995 million.

Hedged by mature palms and bamboo, the 1950s bungalow sits on more than a third of an acre with a swimming pool and spa, a fire pit and a garage/studio with a glass door.

Inside, some 1,700 square feet of white-walled space has hardwood floors, a dining area and a living room with a fireplace. A row of glass doors bring the outdoors inside.

Other spaces include a modern kitchen with white cabinetry, a media room and a master suite with a soaking tub and a walk-in closet. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in all.

Galecki bought the house from actor Patrick Dempsey more than a decade ago for $982,500, records show.

Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, has the listing.

The 40-year-old Galecki appeared on the television sitcom “Roseanne” from 1992 to 1997. He has starred on the CBS sitcom “The Big Bang Theory” since 2007.

He will appear in the upcoming films “Rings” and “The Master Cleanse.”
