Bassist and lyricist Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy fame has put his house in Studio City up for sale at $1.239 million.

Situated among mature trees and stone pathways on a tiered lot, the home, built in 1948, reflects its relaxed location with soft interiors that include hardwood flooring, exposed beams and French doors. The 2,031 square feet of living space counts a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a master suite with a generous walk-in closet among its features. In all, the home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Leading from the main house, a brick stairway opens onto a larger patio space with an outdoor fireplace. A meditation area includes a Japanese tea house, Koi pond and water features, and another secluded space on the shaded grounds holds a guest house with bathroom.

Following a long hiatus, Wentz, 35, and the other members of Fall Out Boy reunited last year to release the album “Save Rock and Roll.” The band is expected to release its sixth studio album later this year.

Wentz announced in February that he and his girlfriend, model Meagan Camper, were expecting. It will be their first child together and the second for Wentz, who has a son, Bronx, from his previous marriage to singer-songwriter Ashlee Simpson.

Wentz purchased the home in April 2012 for $1.05 million, according to property records. Thomas Atamian of Dilbeck Real Estate is the listing agent.
