Grammy-winning singer Sheryl Crow has listed her compound in Hollywood Hills West at $15.95 million.

The 11-acre property includes a Spanish Revival main house, a 1909 Craftsman, a cottage built in 1885, an infinity-style swimming pool and a pergola with a fireplace and barbecue.

The main residence, built in 1914, features a two-story foyer with wrought-iron stair railings, a step-down living room, original Spanish tiles, beam ceilings, a library, a wine cellar, a music room, four bedrooms and 31/2 bathrooms.

The Craftsman house contains three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and the cottage, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The grounds have mature trees, a bridge, trails and a playground.

Crow, 50, has sold more than 35 million albums. Among her Grammy-winning songs are “There Goes the Neighborhood,” “Sweet Child o’ Mine” and “All I Wanna Do.”

She is working on music for the Broadway musical “Diner,” and on a new album in Nashville, where she lives and owns property.

Myra Nourmand and Joanne Vuylsteke of Nourmand & Associates are the listing agents.

One less thing to manage

Actress Selma Blair has sold her house in Hollywood for $1.85 million.

The single-story home, built in 1922 and updated to a contemporary, features white wood floors, walls of glass, two fireplaces, three bedrooms and 31/2 bathrooms in 2,918 square feet. The gated property includes a patio area and a koi pond.

Blair, 40, stars with Charlie Sheen in the FX series “Anger Management.” Production of new episodes began in September and the comedy will return to the network in January. Her film work includes “Homeland Security” (2008), “Purple Violets” (2007), “Hellboy” (2004) and “Legally Blonde” (2001).

The actress bought the house in 2004 for $1.315 million, public records show.

Paul Lester and Aileen Comora of the Agency in Beverly Hills were the listing agents.

A history of stellar tenants

A triplex in West Hollywood that has counted film star Marilyn Monroe and singer Frank Sinatra among its former tenants has come on the market at $4.75 million.

Monroe’s and Sinatra’s rentals overlapped in 1961. She lived in hers and he used his apartment as a getaway, according to “Mr. S: My Life With Frank Sinatra,” written by George Jacobs, his valet at the time.

The owner is Beverly Coburn, actor James Coburn’s first wife. She bought the building in 1989 for $1.643 million from interior designer Kalef Alaton, who had remodeled it.

The three units in the gated compound share a courtyard and patio space. The main unit features floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living room, high ceilings, five fireplaces and two bedrooms. The above-garage studio has a fireplace, a kitchenette and terrace space. A one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit with an office includes an atrium garden.

There are a total of four bedrooms and six bathrooms in 5,637 square feet of living space.

Steven Levine and Jennifer Levine of Hilton & Hyland are the listing agents.

His Malibu beach home is a hit

Someone must have written the offer that made Barry Manilow sing. The crooner-pianist-producer has sold his beachfront compound in Malibu for $5.45 million.

Built in 1976, the gated contemporary sits on a promontory with a detached guesthouse. Features include a step-down two-story living room with walls of glass to take in the ocean view, vaulted ceilings, five bedrooms, 41/2 bathrooms and 3,546 square feet of living space.

Manilow, 69, is a prolific song and ad jingle writer. He won a pop vocal Grammy in 1978 for “Copacabana (At the Copa).” Among his hit recordings were “Mandy,” “Could It Be Magic” and “I Write the Songs.”

He paid $3.85 million for the property a decade ago, public records show.

Kate Novotny of Prudential Malibu Realty was the listing agent. Judy Van Schoyck of the same firm represented the buyer.

Top of the line in Holmby Hills

The W. Howard Lester estate is up for sale in the Holmby Hills area at $29.95 million.

The gated Tuscan-style home is set at the end of an olive-tree-lined driveway. Features include a walnut coffered ceiling in the library, a gold-leaf barrel-vaulted ceiling in the home theater and a brick ceiling in the well-appointed kitchen. The former chairman and chief executive of Williams-Sonoma Inc., who died in 2010 at 75, was known for his love of cooking.

There are seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a wine cellar, a billiards room and a gym in the 18,000 square feet of living space. A bridge from the main house leads to a guesthouse and spa. The 1.35 acres of grounds contain an oval-shaped swimming pool with a cabana, fountains, a waterfall and a pond.

The property last changed hands in 2004 for $17.5 million, public records show.

Mauricio Umansky of the Agency in Beverly Hills is the listing agent.

Plotting a double breakout

Actor Wentworth Miller has sold a condo in Hancock Park and now is trying to make a break from his Altadena house, listing it at $1.59 million.

The Mission Revival-style home, built in 1910, is set on more than three-quarters of an acre. The master suite takes up the entire second floor of the 4,558-square-foot house, which has a total of three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The “Prison Break” actor paid $2.9 million for the property in 2008, public records show.

The Hancock Park condo he sold for $1.275 million was in a French Normandy-style building constructed in 1926. The remodeled unit includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fireplace in 1,638 square feet. He bought the condo in 2007 for $1.15 million.

Miller, 40, starred in “Prison Break” from 2005-09 and in the 2010 film “Resident Evil: Afterlife.” He will star next year in the thriller “The Loft.” He wrote the screenplay for “Stoker,” also due out next year.
