Football: Three fights causing consequences
There were at least three fights involving players that broke out at football games in Southern California last week, and officials are taking action.
Long Beach Wilson has decided to forfeit a scheduled Moore League game against Compton this week after the Bruins were involved in a fight during post-game handshakes against Long Beach Millikan, according to Gazettes.com.
The Southern Southern office is awaiting official reports for the Diamond Ranch-Diamond Bar fight that forced the game to be halted in the fourth quarter. Also, there was a skirmish in the Pomona-Hacienda Heights Wilson game.
