Cal State Northridge names Brandon Martin athletic director
Brandon Martin, a former USC basketball team captain, has been named athletic director at Cal State Northridge.
Martin, 39, was a senior associate athletic director at Oklahoma. He previously worked as a senior associate athletic director at USC.
It will be a return to the San Fernando Valley for Martin, who once played for Cleveland High in Reseda. He averaged 31 points a game his senior year in 1992 after transferring to Washington Prep.
He was on the honor roll every semester at USC.
