Update: The Bulls appeared to give up on their season when they salary-dumped Luol Deng in a trade with Cleveland, but they have won seven of their last nine games. Center Joakim Noah has been strong down low; he had 21 points, 16 rebounds and four blocked shots Friday in a 103-78 victory over Philadelphia.
