Get a taste of the Big Easy on a New Orleans culinary tour

Foodies or those wishing to sharpen their cooking skills will appreciate this five-day culinary experience offered by Retreats Unlimited. Highlights include two interactive classes at the New Orleans School of Cooking (lunch and dinner); a food tour through the French Quarter with opportunities to meet chefs of some of its most popular restaurants; and a private tour of the Houmas House Plantation and Gardens. Also on the itinerary is a private dinner with New Orleans’ food critic Tom Fitzmorris.

Price: From $2,271, per person, double occupancy. Includes four nights’ accommodations at Maison Dupuy in the French Quarter; breakfasts, four lunches and three dinners; cooking classes; plantation excursion; and airport shuttles.
