Singer Céline Dion will return to performing at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in August after an absence to take care of her husband and to address her own health issues.

Husband René Angélil has been treated for throat cancer; Dion had other throat issues.

“I am scared of losing him, because it’s bad,” she is quoted as saying in this week’s People magazine.

But, she added, she wants her family -- and herself -- to know that “we’re OK,” the magazine said.

Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, with periodic dates beginning Aug. 27 and continuing through January.
