Alexandra Hedison redesigns Hollywood Hills West home

Alexandra Hedison-designed Hollywood Hills West home listed at $2.75 million

Alexandra Hedison, who married actress Jodie Foster last month, designed a Hollywood Hills West home that is for sale at $2.75 million.

The actress, photographer and home designer rebuilt and updated the 1956 home with new wiring, plumbing, roof and windows, a security system and other improvements.

Dec. 18, 11:42 a.m.: An earlier version of this story incorrectly stated that Alexandra Hedison was the owner of this home. She was the designer.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house is boomerang-shaped, with nearly every room looking out on a central swimming pool with canyon and city views. Clerestory windows and sliding glass doors flood the house with light.

Two fireplaces, terrazzo flooring and multiple patios are other home features.

Hedison, 44, is an accomplished photographer whose works have been displayed around the world. Her acting credits include “The L Word” (2006-09), “Prey” (1998) and “L.A. Firefighters” (1996-97).

Barry Gray of Deasy Penner & Partners is the listing agent.
