Colin Cowherd’s next frontier has brought him to L.A.’s South Bay.

The former ESPN radio and television personality, who will reportedly join Fox Sports later this year, has paid $3.095 million for a home in the Tree Section area of Manhattan Beach.

Trimmed in white siding, the East Coast-inspired house was built last year and features wide-plank wood floors, detailed molding and coffered ceilings across two floors.

Open public areas highlight the main floor and include living and dining rooms and a kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The master suite has a sitting area, a large soaking tub and French doors that open to a private balcony. In all, there are five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in more than 3,700 square feet of space.

Outdoors, there is a paver patio and a built-in barbecue.

The home came on the market in October for $3.275 million and was more recently priced at $3.095 million, records show. The property previously sold for $1.12 million in 2013.

Lauren Forbes of Coldwell Banker Residential represented both sides of the transaction, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

Cowherd, 51, was taken off the air by ESPN last week for controversial comments made on his show “The Herd With Colin Cowherd” regarding baseball players from the Dominican Republic.

His contract with the network is due to expire this week.

In addition to new home purchase, Cowherd last week sold his home in West Hartford, Conn., for $1.15 million. The Colonial-style home, with five bedrooms in about 6,100 square feet, was on the market for as much as $1.7 million this year.

The TV and radio personality also has a home on the market in Naples, Fla., for $4.25 million. Completed this year, the 3,562-square-foot contemporary features a floating glass staircase, mosaic stone walls rooms, a wet bar, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. A swimming pool and spa and a covered veranda make up the grounds.
