Liv Tyler’s former Los Feliz home listed for $3.85 million

A Los Feliz home once owned by actress Liv Tyler is on the market at $3.85 million.

Found on the north side of Los Feliz Boulevard, the tranquil grounds encompass nearly a third of an acre with mature palms and tropical flora providing shade for an inner courtyard, gardens and a pool.

Through an arched entrance, the Mediterranean, built in 1935, opens to designer interiors with decorative tile, exposed beams, a wrought-iron staircase and stone fireplaces. Tyler, 37, lived at the residence from 2008 to ’10. She sold the property to its current owner, actress and model Tiffany Mulheron, in October 2010 for $2.71 million, according to public records.
