Bye-bye baby bump! Halle Berry has made her first red carpet appearance since giving birth to her second child in October.
The "X-Men: Days of Future Past" star, ever the hot mama, glammed up the arrivals during the closing day of the 9th Acapulco Film Festival in Mexico on Wednesday, showing off her post-baby slim-down and enviable figure.
The 47-year-old has only been spotted out and about a handful of times since she and new husband Olivier Martinez welcomed son Maceo, their first child together (the second for Berry), four months ago, but this was her first official public appearance since giving birth.
Maceo has yet to be seen in public, noted the Daily Mail.
The Oscar winner wore a loose-fitting black and silver All Saints dress and silver heeled sandals, E! Online reported, and received the Silver Jaguar Award, the festival's high honor.
"I am so very happy to be here in Acapulco," the actress said in a video obtained by the Daily Mail, noting that it was her first time visiting the city. "I have to say I've been just amazed by the warm welcome."
"We encourage young artists to dream and to make movies and to tell stories that touch their hearts, and festivals like the Acapulco Film Festival allows young artists who may never have the chance to have their work shown to have their work be seen," she said.
Berry is set to return to television in Steven Speilberg's upcoming sci-fi drama "Extant." She will star in the series as an astronaut who tries to reacquaint herself with her family after spending a year in space. The show will premiere July 2 on CBS, Show Tracker reported.
