Duggar-family daughter Jill Dillard is pregnant after 2 months married

Jill Duggar -- now Jill Dillard -- is pregnant, expecting a baby with Derick Dillard, her husband of two months.

"We are so excited," the mom-to-be told People in a story published Wednesday.

The Duggars, of course, are known for their ultra-large family, which stars in TLC's reality series "19 Kids and Counting." Jill, 23, is the fourth-eldest child of Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar; she was born after Josh, the eldest at 26, and 24-year-old twins Jana and John-David.

The newlyweds, who waited to kiss until they were wed, shared the news with the rest of the Duggar clan after only a month of marriage, papa Jim Bob Duggar told the magazine.

"Everyone was clapping and cheering, and we were in shock too," he said.

Jill Dillard was a little shocked too when she found out: After multiple pregnancy tests had come up negative at home, she took another test while visiting her mom's place and that one came up positive, People said.

Derick Dillard called the moment "surreal." Perhaps influenced by the idea that matriarch Michelle Duggar appears to keep pregnancy tests in stock at home?

This will be the fourth Duggar grandchild. Josh and wife Anna have had three kids since marrying in 2008. Jill is the second of the Duggar kids to marry; sister Jessa got engaged last week.
