Couric was widowed in 1998, after her first husband, Jay Monahan, died of colon cancer. From her first marriage she has two daughters, Ellie, 22, and Carrie, 18, while Molner has two kids as well, Allie and Henry. All four did readings Saturday, People said.
Couric, 57, and finance guy Molner, 51, started dating in 2011 and got engaged last September.
With "CBS Evening News With Katie Couric," which she anchored from 2006 into 2011, the bride was the first solo female anchor on a broadcast network's nightly newscast.
