Flower child, indeed! Kim Kardashian celebrated her daughter North West’s first birthday over the weekend with a kid-friendly spin on the Coachella music festival setup.

The reality star, 33, gave followers a sneak peek of the affair on Instagram by sharing a pic of Nori blowing out the candles as she, husband Kanye West, mom Kris Jenner and other birthday guests looked on at the child and her tie-dye, three-tiered cake decorated with bright daisies.

“Our baby girl’s 1st birthday party! #kidchella,” the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star wrote.

North turned 1 on June 15, and her famous parents took her on a Father’s Day-birthday trip to the Children’s Museum of Manhattan. However, in typical Kardashian fashion, the parents held a lavish birthday party for their little girl on Saturday. Talk about the good life.

Nori was decked out in a floral headpiece and fringed dress, and -- though you couldn’t see them in the first snapshot -- Kardashian later posted a pic of North’s miniature knee-high gladiator sandals.

Cute baby clothes are a weakness here at the Ministry of Gossip, so let’s all pause for a second to say, “Awwww!”

The rest of the Kardashian clan took to Instagram to share more party pics. Kim’s younger sister Khloe Kardashian showed off custom balloon animals and her Native American headdress as she sat next to a mock tepee (seemingly unaware of Pharrell Williams’ recent kerfuffle over such head gear). Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner shared pictures from the top of the the party’s Ferris wheel (Yeah, there was a Ferris wheel!) and documented their performance on the “Kidchella” stage.

“we have way too much fun at children’s party’s,” Kendall wrote. “KIDCHELLA 2014 killed it.”

Kris Jenner’s aerial shot of the party showed a bounce house, carnival-style refreshments and picnic benches.

The party took place at Kourtney Kardashian’s Calabasas house, Us Weekly reported, which the designer purchased in March from former NFL and USC star Keyshawn Johnson.

“Kim was holding North a lot of the time, and the party seemed to be geared towards a little bit older kids,” a partygoer told the mag. “But it was a family party with all ages.”

Speaking of Kourtney, the mother of two also bared her pregnant belly during a pool party Sunday. The eldest Kardashian is expecting her third child with boyfriend Scott Disick, and the baby is reportedly due in December.

The couple’s relationship is rumored to play out tumultuously in her upcoming “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” spinoff, “Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons,” which will air on E! in the fall, according to the New York Daily News.
