Tila Tequila welcomes a baby girl, Isabella

Tila Tequila gets her own shot at love: She welcomed a baby girl on Sunday

The world now has a double shot of Tila Tequila: She welcomed a baby girl Sunday evening.

The baby clocked in at 7 pounds, 2 ounces, the new mom and reality-TV personality told Us Weekly on Tuesday, declaring, "She's so perfect and beautiful." The child's name is Isabella Monroe Nguyen.

Tequila — real name Tina Nguyen — had been chronicling her pregnancy online, complete with photos revealing her growing belly. On Saturday, she vented that she was 40 weeks along and still had no newborn.

"What in the world is going on here?," the 33-year-old wrote. "I think maybe Baby Tila has enjoyed her time so much in my womb that she's just gotten used to it and is too lazy to come out now!  Especially now that it's finally cold outside she's like, "Uh-Uh! I am gonna stay inside a little bit longer, Mommy! It's so cozy in here and I LOVE all of this yummy food you feed me!  Why should I come out for?"

Still, she had a sense of impending motherhood, predicting that "this crazy baby" would "finally make her grand entrance into this world" right after the post went live.

The role of mommy blogger, albeit an occasionally foul-mouthed one who's also into glamour modeling, music and the occasional bit of adult entertainment, is a long way from the days of "A Shot at Love With Tila Tequila," her bisexual dating show for MTV, and her adventures with and engagement to Casey Johnson in the weeks leading to the heiress' death.

She opened up in 2012 about going to rehab after suffering an accidental overdose and a brain aneurysm.

"Honestly, I feel like I have been reborn," Tequila told Us Weekly. "I should have died and feel blessed to have another chance at life and I intend to grasp it." She said at the time that she was ready to get married and have a family.

One thing Tequila hasn't been forthcoming about, however, is the name of the father of her child, though there's one guy in Georgia who says the child is his.
