The Vampire Diaries Ian Somerhalder and Kat Graham have announced they’ll leave the the show, and both characters’ fates hang in the balance in the season finale. Candice King and Paul Wesley also star. 8 p.m. KTLA

Hawaii Five-0 Back-to-back episodes mark the end of the police drama’s sixth season. In the opener, the team is trapped inside an unstable building where assassins pursue the wounded Gabriel (Christopher Sean). In the second, McGarrett and Danny (Alex O’Loughlin, Scott Caan) are in jeopardy while searching for the source of a meth epidemic. 9 p.m. CBS
