Heartbeat Several staff members become patients as an illness ravages the hospital, requiring quarantine -- with Pierce and Jesse (Dave Annable, Don Hany) at particular risk, giving Alex (Melissa George) more than her fair share of stress in the season finale. Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders In the two-episode season finale, the team heads to Spain for a case involving Pamplona’s running of the bulls, then the agents seek a young woman who vanished while in Haiti. Sherry Stringfield guest stars as Garrett’s (Gary Sinise) wife. 9 and 10 p.m. CBS

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Brad Garrett continues his guest role as a corrections officer accused of assaulting female inmates in the conclusion of the two-part season finale. Mariska Hargitay and Raul Esparza star with Peter Gallagher, Andy Karl and Robert John Burke in their recurring guest roles. 9 p.m. NBC

Supernatural God (Rob Benedict) makes a decision about Amara (Emily Swallow) in the season finale. Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles star. 9 p.m. KTLA
